Warm Up

3 rounds
200-meter run
10Air Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups

Workout of the Day:

10:00 AMRAP - As many rounds as you can complete in 10 min.

10 Tuck Jumps
10 Sit Ups
10burpees
10Toe Touches - On your back legs together and up to the sky, Reach up and touch your toes.
10 V-ups (Video)
