Tough Tuesday Workout!

Are You Up To The Challenge????


Workout of the Day:


20 Sprints @ 50 yards-
Time yourself! After each sprint you have 15 seconds rest before doing your next sprint.


After your 20 sprints, you have the filthy 50 to do!

50 Sit Ups
50 Squats
50 Push Ups (Do as many regular push ups before you go to knees)
50 Burpees
50 Leg raises ( Lie on your back, with your hands at your side, head lifted off the ground, lift your legs up about 3-4 feet off the ground and return to start. That's 1 rep!

  1. Hi, Today is Marissa's first day back at it since last thursday evening when she got the flu. She still has residual congestion so she will do the best she can and we will do this amongst her pitching/hitting workout. Thanks, Hally, Marissa's Mom.

    1. Tell her not to worry one bit, we rather have her healthy and rested for the weekend. Do what she feels comfortable doing, no need to push when she is just getting better. Hope to see you both soon.
