Hit harder, swing faster, and feel stronger with an ab workout!

50 jumping jacks

30 Russian twists, 15 on each side
Lie on your back, lift your shoulders off the ground. Bend your knees slightly and lift off the ground. Now twist and touch your hands to the ground on your side. Keep twisting from side to side.

20 leg lifts: lie on your back, hands at your sides, lift your legs as high as you can and back down. That counts as 1.

30 jumping jacks

10 sit ups
