Want to be faster?

For 10 Rounds: 

Sprint 1 minute (Distance doesn't matter its all about how hard you push yourself. Give 110%!)
 
Jump Rope 1 minute
(If you don't have a jump rope available you can jump in place. Just make sure to jump as high as you can and bring your knees to your chest. )
 
Jumping jacks 1 minute (Everyone can do these!)

 How to do a Tuck Jump-Great Cardio!!
