Workout of the Day 12/09/12

For this workout you will do these movements:

20 Air Squat's

10 Sit Ups

5 Sprints (10 Yards)




You will do each of these 4 times...

Make sure you time your self (most cell phones have a timer feature...or just do it the old fashioned way with a running stop watch). Once you have completed your workout, make sure you post your time in the comments are. You can also add how the workout made you feel, your favorite part, questions, etc.
