Bunting with Jessica Mendoza

Great job today girls! All of you looked focused and we saw a lot of improvement. One area we do need to focus on is our bunting. Yes... you all know what I'm talking about! :) Good news though, this takes time and we will get better!

Here's a great video from Jessica Mendoza on bunting. She will demonstrate the bunt and walk you through it. You will notice in the beginning she shows two different ways of standing. As a team we are following the first option (Square your entire body around and bunt).

Workout of the Day 12/09/12

For this workout you will do these movements:

20 Air Squat's

10 Sit Ups

5 Sprints (10 Yards)




You will do each of these 4 times...

Make sure you time your self (most cell phones have a timer feature...or just do it the old fashioned way with a running stop watch). Once you have completed your workout, make sure you post your time in the comments are. You can also add how the workout made you feel, your favorite part, questions, etc.

We would love to see encouraging comments from every player. Treat this like a mini Facebook, we as a team are a family, and love to hear how your doing!
